About the Role
Bingchun is seeking an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented Bartender / Beverage Specialist to join our outlet in Bahria Town Phase 4. In this role, you will prepare and serve a variety of cold drinks, teas, and specialty beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining top-tier cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve specialty cold drinks, teas, smoothies, and mocktails following brand recipes and presentation guidelines.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, offer drink recommendations, and handle guest queries in a courteous manner.
Order & Cash Handling: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, accept cash and electronic payments, and issue bills correctly.
Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain clean work areas, sanitize bar surfaces, equipment, and customer seating in compliance with health guidelines.
Stock Management: Keep track of daily raw material inventory, ingredients, packaging supplies, and inform management of restock requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Prior work experience as a bartender, barista, or counter server in a café, restaurant, or juice bar is preferred.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work efficiently under peak hours.
Punctuality & Professionalism: Strong work ethic, high standards of personal hygiene, and reliable attendance.
Education: Minimum Matriculation or Intermediate.
