Part-Time Digital Marketing and Website Assistant
Working arrangement
Approximately 20 hours per week
Monday to Saturday
Flexible working hours
Some evening availability to cover Saudi Arabia and UAE audiences
Weekly performance report submitted every Saturday
At PKR 25,000 per month, this should be structured as a junior execution role. The employee can maintain content, upload website material and support campaigns, but major website development and high-level advertising decisions should remain under ELC’s control.
Core responsibilities
Website management
The assistant will:
Check the website every morning.
Confirm that course pages, forms and buttons are working.
Upload approved course pages.
Add approved pictures and banners.
Replace outdated pictures.
Correct basic spelling and formatting problems.
Add blog posts and news articles.
Update course fees only after written approval from Faisal.
Test Apply Now, Enquire Now and WhatsApp buttons.
Maintain a website change log.
Check mobile display after every change.
Report broken links and technical problems.
Create a backup before significant changes.
The current ELC course pages still contain wording such as “Study Mood,” “Assignments Base,” “Business Managements” and “Progession.” These should be corrected before paid traffic is sent to the pages.
Social-media management
The assistant will manage:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
Facebook and Instagram stories
Basic LinkedIn posting where appropriate
Weekly minimum content:
Five feed posts
Four short videos or Reels
Ten stories
One blog article
One student-question video
One course progression graphic
One fee or instalment post
One tutor or college credibility post
The same video can be edited and reused across Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook, but the caption and format should be adjusted for each platform.
Video duties
The assistant will:
Produce vertical 9:16 videos.
Add a clear opening hook.
Keep most videos between 20 and 45 seconds.
Add a call to action.
Maintain a folder of approved raw and edited videos.
Produce English versions for the UK.
Produce English and professionally reviewed Arabic versions for Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
