require a complete, well-commented PLC and HMI program for a small automated linear carriage used
to move a paint spray gun back and forth over a maximum travel of 350 mm. The controller is a YKHMI integrated PLC/HMI
unit, believed to be model MM-12MR-4MTS-FE280D-FX-B. The PLC section is FX1S-compatible and must be programmed in
Mitsubishi GX Works2. The HMI section must be programmed in the correct YKBuilder version for the FE280D display. The
program must include automatic and manual referencing, settings entry, normal run, demo run, real-time speed adjustment
from a rotary encoder, safety interlocks, alarms, and full source files.
Required freelancer experience: Mitsubishi FX-series ladder programming, GX Works2, pulse/direction stepper control,
YKHMI/YKBuilder HMI development, homing routines, machine state logic, and remote commissioning.
Bid requirement: Please confirm that you can provide both editable source projects, a commented I/O list, wiring diagram,
parameter/calibration sheet, and support during the first live test. Do not bid based only on creating HMI screens; the PLC
motion logic and safety interlocks are the main part of the work.
