I'm looking for a talented social media manager who will take control over Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for the new app I am developing. The app is currently in MVP development, and we are ready to start promoting the brand and building an email list ahead of the beta launch at the end of November.
The social media manager will create and share content to engage and inspire my target audience, promote the app, generate leads for the beta launch and first release, and build a genuine audience around the product and our philosophy.
My brand isn't built on typical astrological clickbait, woo-woo spiritual language, or sweeping generalisations; our tone is insightful, compassionate, warm, mature, and mental-health aware. This opportunity isn't for a content creator who relies on "tell me you're a Scorpio without telling me you're a Scorpio" kind of content, but rather, can encourage our audience to see past their birth charts and explore the deeper cycles, motivations, and fears that show who they are becoming.
I will provide:
- A calendar of key dates related to specific astrological events and influences
- A visual brand Style Guide
- A brand Voice & Tone Guide
Applicants must:
- Be able to share a portfolio of recent work
- Share a proven track record of building and increasing engagement over time
- Possess exceptional written English skills
- Include the words "mood indigo" at the top of their application so I know the brief has been read properly
Highly desirable:
- Experience with astrological content or similar
- Experience building new brands on social media from 0 followers
I am seeking to commit to 2-4 weeks initially, with a view to developing a lasting, ongoing relationship with the right person.
