I’m rolling out a series of online coaching programs and need everything in the back-end running as seamlessly as the coaching itself. My calendar lives in Acuity Scheduling, so that will be the anchor of the build. From there I want two key automations created: a branded email follow-up sequence that fires immediately after booking, and timed reminder notifications that keep clients on track before each session.
Alongside the scheduling flow, I’ll be offering e-books and printable worksheets as digital bonuses. I need a simple, low-friction delivery system that automatically sends download links once payment or enrollment is confirmed, and that tags purchasers correctly for future nurture emails.
Core deliverables
• Fully configured Acuity account with appointment types, availability, intake forms and payment integration
• Automated email follow-up sequence and reminder notifications, mapped and live (I use ConvertKit now, but I’m open to other ESPs if you can show why they’re better)
• Digital product delivery funnel for my e-books and worksheets, including secure hosting, link expiry, and customer tagging
• Brief hand-off guide or loom walkthrough so I can tweak copy or add new products later
