I’m planning to launch a two-sided marketplace for on-demand Home Cleaning, Beauty & Wellness, and Plumbing & Electrical services. Functionally it should feel as seamless as Urban Company, yet branded and configured for my own catalogue, pricing, and geography.
Core flow
• Customers browse, schedule, and pay for the three service categories from iOS and Android apps.
• Providers manage job requests, availability, and earnings from their own panel (mobile or web—your suggestion is welcome).
• An admin console lets me approve providers, set commissions, run promotions, and view analytics.
Key requirements
• Secure payment gateway that supports Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, and Bank Transfers at checkout.
• Yearly AMC module: customers must be able to purchase an annual maintenance contract, track remaining visits, and receive automated renewal reminders.
• Real-time order status updates, in-app chat, push notifications, OTP-verified check-in/checkout, ratings & reviews.
• Clean, modern UI/UX and scalable codebase (prefer Flutter/React Native, but I’m open if you justify another stack).
• Handover of full source code, documentation, and deployment support to App Store & Play Store.
Acceptance criteria
1. I can create a new AMC plan in the admin panel and see it live in the customer app within minutes.
2. A test booking using each supported payment method completes successfully and the transaction appears in the admin ledger.
3. Provider location, status, and completed tasks update in real time on the customer timeline.
