Remote Data Entry & Foodics Accounting Assistant (Restaurant)
We are looking for a reliable remote freelancer to support our seafood restaurant by entering supplier invoices into Foodics Accounting and preparing daily accounting and sales reports.
Responsibilities
* Enter all supplier purchase invoices into Foodics Accounting accurately.
* Verify invoice details before posting.
* Organize invoices and supporting documents.
* Report any missing or duplicate invoices.
* Maintain accurate purchase and accounting records.
* Reconcile sales and payment data.
* Prepare a daily report including:
* Total sales
* Sales by delivery apps (HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, etc.)
* Sales by payment type (Cash, Card, Online, etc.)
* Differences or discrepancies found
* Number of invoices entered
* Pending invoices
* Issues that require management attention
* Summary of completed work
Requirements
* Experience using Foodics Accounting (preferred).
* Experience with restaurant accounting or inventory management.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good Excel and Google Sheets skills.
* Basic understanding of VAT and supplier invoices.
* Good written English (Arabic is a plus).
* Reliable internet connection and able to work remotely.
Trial Task
The selected freelancer will complete a short paid trial by:
* Entering a sample batch of supplier invoices into Foodics Accounting.
* Preparing a daily sales and accounting report.
* Identifying any discrepancies or missing information.
