Marketing & E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Long-Term Opportunity)
I’m looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help grow my Australian western clothing brand, Concho Western. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of recurring marketing tasks, bring new ideas to the table, and help build the brand while keeping costs efficient.
Your responsibilities will include SEO, Shopify website updates, product uploads, keyword research, optimising product titles and descriptions, writing SEO blog articles, updating homepage banners, adding image alt text, and making ongoing improvements to help increase organic traffic. You’ll also assist with social media by editing short-form videos, creating graphics in Canva, writing captions, scheduling content, repurposing videos across multiple platforms, and helping maintain a consistent posting schedule.
You’ll also help with email marketing, competitor and market research, influencer outreach, sponsorship tracking, customer service support (when required), and general administration. Experience with Shopify, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and social media platforms is highly desirable. Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms is a bonus.
I’m looking for someone who doesn’t just complete tasks but also thinks strategically and is always looking for ways to improve the business. If you identify opportunities to increase traffic, improve conversions, or streamline processes, I want to hear your ideas.
To measure success, you’ll provide a weekly KPI report summarising:
* Website visitors
* Organic Google traffic
* SEO improvements completed
* Instagram, Facebook and TikTok growth
* Email subscriber growth
* Orders and website conversion rate
* Top-performing content
* Competitor insights
* Three recommendations for the following week
Initially, this role will be around 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the business grows. My goal is to build a long-term working relationship with someone who genuinely enjoys helping businesses grow and wants to become an important part of the team.
