I need a set of reusable SOAP note templates built directly inside my ChARM EMR workspace. The goal is to streamline charting so each section—Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan—pops up with the right prompts, drop-downs, and auto-fill fields that match my clinical workflow. You’ll have access to a test account and my current note samples for reference, but nothing is hard-coded yet.
What I expect from you
• A series of clean, well-organized templates ready to import or activate in ChARM EMR.
• Each template should support quick text, selectable findings, and any standard ChARM shortcuts so I can document faster without losing detail.
• Final templates must save correctly to patient charts and be editable by me afterward.
